On April 8, 2026, Terry Moore accepting the Masters Major Achievement Award from Tom Nelson, Masters Media Committee Chairman. The award is bestowed on those media members who have covered the Masters 40 years. Moore first covered the Masters in 1984.

Moore’s family joined him at Augusta Country Club for the annual Golf Writer’s Awards dinner.
