Terry Moore, Founding Editor

A member of the Golf Writers Association of America, Terry Moore, the founding editor of Michigan Golfer, also contributes to other golf and travel websites. He's also the regularly featured golf “insider” on WOOD-AM morning drive-time radio in Grand Rapids. In Augusta, GA, in 2026, Moore was honored and received the Masters Major Achievement Award for covering 40 Masters. A member of the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame and founder of the West Michigan Golf Show, Moore serves as a Governor for the 100,000-member Golf Association of Michigan and is Chair of its Communication Committee. He's also a past co-chair and current member of the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame Committee. 

His writings have also appeared in Links Magazine, Golf Digest,Michigan Links Magazine, Michigan GolferJournal, and Grand Rapids Press.
